This family owned cottage has its own stretch of the Teifi. It is an ideal location for those wishing to fish the Teifi, particularly the Teifi Trout Asscociation waters. For the family there are excellent beaches nearby and the added bonus of the stunning Pembrokeshire Coastline. The cottage has been rated 4* by the Welsh Tourist Board. Abercothi Estate Fishery

Abercothi is situated at Nantgaredig near Carmarthen, Wales. The Abercothi Fishery comprises approximately three miles of the River Towy and a further mile of the River Cothi. Almost all the fishing is double bank (with a bank share arrangement currently in place for the remainder). There are in all forty main named pools, including the renowned Junction Pool, on what is widely regarded as the prime stretch of sea-trout fishing in the Country.

Accommodation is provided for rods at Abercothi Farm. This delightful 18th Century farmhouse could not be better situated. It is on the banks of the River with good access to all the beats. The whole courtyard and house have recently been renovated to the highest standards throughout.

found it difficult to find details of locations that were suited ot the angler, which provided good angling prospects. Adverts can be very influential, but there is nothing like recommendation, and I would not hesitate to recommend the below locations for the angler and their family. The acconmodation offered at these locations is of the highest standard.

Wainsford Riverside Cottages & Fishery.

For those who wish to explore the South West and take in some of the best Sea Trout Fishing in Englang, look no further than Wainsford. Set in extensive grounds in the Fowey Valley, this is one of my favourite venues in the UK.

The fishing on the river is split into 4 beats, which offer the angler different challenges, however they all offer excellent fishing. One real advantage is that Wainsford beat is private and the fish are unlikely to be disturbed during the day. Also boasting stunning Rainbow and Brown trout fishing in its own lakes. Excellent accomodation, a real home from home.
